CIRCUIT BREAKER MEASURES UPDATE
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have to abide by the measures that are put in place and play a part to stop the spread of transmission. We will be fulfilling your orders while abiding with the measures during Circuit Breaker. This means that fulfilment of orders will be done once a week. Therefore, do expect some delay in your parcels, our team is working hard to deliver your parcels as soon as possible during this time period.
Your orders should reach your doorstep within 5-7 working days. Delivery will be contactless therefore do ensure that your mobile number are correct so that you're notified when your orders have been delivered.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of now, we only ship to Singapore and a few countries in Southeast Asia
Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 2 - 3 business days -- not including weekends or holidays.
After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Singapore.

We use SingPost to ship most of our orders and door-to-door delivery is done by a 3rd party courier service.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
1. SingPost Normal Mail
This is normal shipping and will be sent to you via SingPost. Your package will be delivered in your mailbox.

2. Door-to-door courier service
This is a tracked shipping option and will be sent by a 3rd party courier. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
2. Registered Mail
You will receive a tracking number that you can trace your parcel from at www.singpost.com.
- You will receive a tracking number that you can use to trace your package via www.singpost.com If you are not available at home when the package is delivered, your local post office will leave a delivery advice and you can collect your items at the location stated in the slip. Do contact your local postal service for more information.
- Delivery time: 5-30 working days.

We are not liable for any lost/damaged/delay in items. After we have mail out the items, it is beyond our control as it is handed over to SingPost. Do contact SingPost regarding any lost mail items or queries on your items.

PLUSH SPONGE RELATED
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLUSH SPONGE, VELVET PLUSH SPONGE AND MINI PLUSH SPONGE?
The main difference for Plush Sponge and Mini Plush Sponge is the size of the sponge. Mini Plush Sponge is a quarter of the normal Plush Sponge and is ideal for precise application of makeup such as blending small areas on the face.
Velvet Plush Sponge has a different surface texture, it is a microfibre sponge which absorbs even lesser products and provides a flawless airbrushed finish.
